One calendar per doctor
Each doctor has a separate appointment calendar, so a clinic with several doctors, or several branches, can see who is free at a glance. Reception works from the same calendar as the doctors, which removes the double bookings caused by paper diaries and scattered phone notes. Because WeCare System runs in the browser, the calendar opens on the reception computer, the doctor's tablet or a phone, with nothing to install.
Reminders that reduce missed appointments
A missed appointment is chair time the clinic cannot get back. WeCare System sends patients an automatic SMS or WhatsApp reminder before their visit, and a reminder after an appointment they missed so they can book again. Reminders can be sent in Arabic, and the daily attendance view shows who came and who did not.
